I offer traditional psychotherapy and equine assisted psychotherapy to adults and youth 12+. Through this work, I support people who are ready to reconnect with their bodies, gain insight from their emotions, and re-awaken their connection with their authentic self. I believe that each person holds the answers within themselves and through our work together, I will support you in building on your unique inner resources to make meaningful changes in your life. I honour the profound healing and transformation that can occur through and within our closest relationships, which often act as mirrors to our internal experience.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-sensitive, and affirming of the intersection of our wider social structures on identity and lived experience. I draw from therapeutic modalities including emotion-focused therapy, internal family systems, and mindfulness-informed approaches. I take a holistic perspective in understanding the mind-body connection and, when useful, may integrate components of breath work, yoga, meditation, and/or expressive arts into our work together.
